Some Toilet Tissue for my Tears

So yesterday was a rough day at NL, by far one of the worst and I was struggling with frustration and lost my cool. I burst out to two staff members in my office and started sharing all this stuff that I was feeling and frustrated over and then I said I feel like crying. When I said that the staff member sitting at her desk promptly put a huge roll of toilet tissue on her desk. All three of us burst out laughing and it definitely lightened the mood. I felt bad for sharing so openly about my feelings, since it's not really a Thai thing to do and sought both of the two staff members out later and separately told them I was sorry for speaking so directly about my feelings. They both encouraged me by telling me that it was good for me to share my feelings and affirmed them as valid too. It's times like these that I'm so thankful I can speak Thai.
